Full job description

Our client is seeking a USA - Bench Scientist - III - USD to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot experiments with a data-driven mindset, and clear communication skills that help translate results into actionable insights.

Job Title: USA - Bench Scientist - III - USD

Location: Bothell, WA

Pay Range: $52

What's the Job?

  • Execute laboratory-based experiments that support scientific research, product development, and technical investigations.

  • Prepare, handle, and analyze samples using appropriate instrumentation and characterization techniques, including automation and high throughput liquid handling platforms.

  • Document experimental procedures, results, and observations in compliance with GLP and internal standards to ensure data integrity.

  • Interpret experimental outcomes and contribute to method optimization by identifying root causes and proposing improvements.

  • Collaborate with scientists and project teams to troubleshoot issues, refine protocols, and support decision-making with reliable data.

What's Needed?

  • Degree in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of experience executing and interpreting laboratory protocols in a research or technical environment.

  • Proficiency with laboratory techniques and instrumentation relevant to the scientific discipline, including automation and high throughput liquid handling platforms.

  • Ability to follow and adapt scientific protocols with strong attention to detail and consistent execution.

  • Strong documentation skills and the ability to interpret data clearly, then communicate findings effectively to multidisciplinary teams.
