Job Description

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support application development and deployment. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes. Partner with software engineers, QA teams, and security teams to streamline software releases and improve delivery speed. Monitor and maintain application performance, system health, and infrastructure reliability. Troubleshoot deployment issues, production incidents, and performance bottlenecks. Support release management activities and ensure successful production deployments. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using modern automation tools. Develop scripts and automation solutions to eliminate manual operational tasks. Support security compliance initiatives by integrating security controls into the DevOps lifecycle. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts following incidents. Maintain logging, monitoring, and observability solutions to improve system visibility. Evaluate emerging DevOps tools, technologies, and best practices to improve platform efficiency.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Systems Engineering, or related roles. Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar. Strong scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or comparable languages. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep, or CloudFormation. Hands-on experience with source control platforms such as Git. Knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Experience supporting containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and DevOps methodologies. Experience monitoring applications and infrastructure using tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and incident management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical teams. Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps. Background supporting enterprise-scale applications in a highly regulated environment. Knowledge of security best practices, DevSecOps principles, and compliance frameworks. Experience implementing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools. Experience supporting marketing technology, eCommerce, CRM, or customer-facing digital platforms. Kubernetes administration or cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, CKA, Terraform Associate). Experience with service mesh, microservices architecture, and API management platforms. Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments. Experience with enterprise observability and logging strategies.
