• Providing Behavioral Health Services in our Rural Health Clinic in Centerville, TN

• Full Time with flexible schedule

• Requires PMHNP

• Seeing on average 10-12 patients per day

• Some complex patients ages 12 and up

• Seeking a good well rounded provider that is willing to go the extra mile for their patients

• Located approximately 45 minutes southwest of Downtown Nashville offering a beautiful, peaceful rural setting on the campus of Ascension Saint Thomas Hickman Hospital

• Great collaborative provider team consisting of (3) Nurse Practitioners and a Family Medicine Physician

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
