Production Planning & Inventory Control Officer - Cikande, Banten

As an PPIC Team, you will be responsible for supporting production planning and material availability by managing inventory, monitoring production performance, and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery. What will you do?

• Support the development of production plans to ensure production schedules align with business demand and operational capacity.
• Monitor daily production progress and coordinate with related teams to ensure production targets are achieved on time.
• Plan and monitor raw material (RM) and packaging material (PM) requirements to ensure material availability while preventing shortages and excess inventory.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock movements and ensuring healthy Days of Inventory (DOI).
• Collaborate closely with Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient production flow and timely product delivery.
• Monitor inventory accuracy by reconciling system records with actual stock and supporting inventory control activities.
• Analyze inventory and production data to identify trends, improve planning accuracy, and optimize inventory performance.
• Prepare regular production, inventory, and planning reports to support operational decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning, inventory management, and operational efficiency.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control) role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Hands-on experience using ERP and MRP systems for production planning and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, material requirement planning, and supply chain processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
