M365 and Power Platform Intermediate
As a M365 and Power Platform Intermediate , you'll support the administration, configuration, and daily operations of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. You'll partner with IT and business teams to help users successfully adopt and utilize these tools, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the delivery of solutions that support organizational digital transformation. You'll also have the opportunity to assist users with developing Power BI content, provide guidance on data visualization best practices, and support the creation of enterprise-level dashboards and analytic products to meet broader operational and strategic needs.
What Else Will You be Doing?

Platform and Application Support

Assisting in applying governance standards for M365 and Power Platform environments, including monitoring, compliance checks, and documenting findings

Contributing to the development, configuration and administration of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and related systems

Troubleshooting user issues with guidance - researching causes, replicating issues, and partnering with senior team members and/or suppliers

Assisting in analyzing functional system capabilities and documenting application updates and impacts
-
Working with business stakeholders to elicit functional requirements and assisting in the development of technical requirements for solutions
-
User Guidance and Collaboration
-
Providing training and basic consulting to business users on M365 and Power Platform tools
-
Working in partnership with business stakeholders as part of fusion teams to build small enhancements or lower-complexity apps and automations
-
Creating and maintaining documentation for solutions, processes, governance practices, and known issues to include regularly contributing to a community knowledge resource used by analysts across the organization

Power BI and Analytics
-
Develop and support enterprise analytics products, including departmental and cross-functional dashboards used to monitor operations, performance, and strategic KPIs
-
Helping maintain consistency in dashboard design, data interpretation, and distributed reporting across the organization by following established governance practices (e.g., SharePoint, Dataverse, M365 analytics standards)
Who You Are
-
Knowledge of and experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
-
Experience with creating Power BI dashboards and/or working with data
-
Ability to effectively work with users with varying levels of technical expertise and translate their needs into technical steps
-
Ability to follow and speak to established governance, security, and licensing standards
-
Desire to develop skills and expertise with the Power Platform, data analytics and visualization tools and methodologies
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (1/3 of the time), and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary only if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other criteria are met.
