Hotel Maintenance Manager / Chief Engineer

Salary Range: $75,000- $85,000 annually

As our next Hotel Maintenance Manager, you will:

  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas remain fully operational to guarantee guest comfort, safety, and a secure working environment for all associates

  • Utilize technical expertise and analytical skills to diagnose issues and execute efficient, high-quality repairs

  • Implement and oversee routine preventive maintenance programs for facilities and grounds

  • Address guest inquiries and maintenance requests promptly, professionally, and to complete satisfaction

  • Execute additional facility management tasks as assigned

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Required Experience: Minimum background as a Maintenance Technician within a hotel, apartment complex, residential living facility, or equivalent environment

  • Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification

  • Core Competencies: Proven ability to thrive under pressure as part of a collaborative team

  • Technical Knowledge: Foundational expertise across major trades, including carpentry, painting, and electrical systems

  • Communication & Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively

  • Physical Requirements: Acute visual observation abilities and the physical capacity to lift up to 70 lbs., stoop, bend, climb ladders, and navigate stairs
