Full job description

A Day in Life:

This role is responsible for a variety of administrative and analytical duties related to accounts receivable. The position performs a range of functions that support fleet-related receivables, including conducting in-depth research and analysis, performing account reconciliations, and managing specialized billing requests for key customer accounts.

The anticipated starting salary is approximately $45,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze, prepare, and distribute accurate monthly ad hoc reports.

  • Ensure integrity and quickly resolve issues, rates, electronic billing.

  • Use analytical techniques to provide meaningful data.

  • Review and complete system updates as requested by Leader.

  • Use customer service/analytical skills to handle billings and phone calls.

  • Inter-Company shared duties of Inter-company accounting, settlement schedules and journal entry preparation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous customer service experience is highly preferred.

  • Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • General accounting knowledge required.

  • Excellent customer service skills and professional telephone etiquette.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Intermediate-level Excel skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
