The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of Sales Support Representatives (10 or more) with a focus on policy and strategy implementation in order to execute on sales goals, profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Support and enforce Sales Center expectations and goals, by driving and evaluating associate/team performance including adherence to key performance and quality indicators
  • Set, communicate and execute tactical direction to accomplish department goals and meet call and sales goals and deadlines
  • Fulfills a strategic plan and executes initiatives focused on growing sales, increasing profitability, and acquiring new customers
  • Perform routine call monitoring and associate coaching to address opportunities for improvement and share best practices that support delivery of world-class customer service
  • Monitor and distribute workload, drive productivity, and ensure effective work/life balance of team members
  • Deploy a set of sales processes, including the use of CRM systems, to create an efficient and effective sales process that maximizes sales, win rates and profit margins
  • Facilitate strong and lasting relationships with supplier partners at all levels of the organization to help provide powerful solutions options for our customers.
  • Work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Support, Product and Leadership
  • Monitor metrics for accuracy of tracking and outcomes related to account development and customer activity
  • Ensure appropriate staffing of associates to meet customer needs
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-first culture within the sales support team.
  • Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline order entry, pricing, and customer communications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer inquiries, escalations, and complex order issues.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service
  • Strong knowledge of order management, pricing strategies, and sales operations
  • Experience managing a team in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills

Pay Range:

$7,125.00 - $11,391.67- Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
