Full job description

About PactFi Private asset markets (PE, Private Credit, VC, Real Estate) have 10x to 9.8T in AUM over the past decade and are projected to grow to $17T in the next five years. However, digital infrastructure has not kept pace, with most of the market operating predominantly in error-prone, internal-only software solutions.

PactFi provides secure, end-to-end, operational infrastructure for managing complex private credit transactions. Our web-based application brings together all parties involved in such a transaction to more efficiently allocate capital, complete KYC, share documents, manage funds flow, and more. The platform is secured to a bank-grade standard, and we have received our SOC 2 Type 2 attestation.

PactFi was developed in close partnership with two of the industry's largest players, both of whom represent the top 3 players in the private credit space by both size (AUM) and deal activity. About the Job We're seeking a Client Enablement Specialist to drive end-to-end client adoption of PactFi’s core workflows. From day one, you will build deep product knowledge to execute client enablement across new client onboarding, training, and ongoing support. You will directly support new product launches and drive adoption of the end-to-end PactFi experience at scale. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of clients, Product, Engineering, and Business Development. You'll develop deep expertise in both PactFi and private credit to become a trusted partner to sophisticated financial institutions. This role is based in our New York office. Travel is not required, though there may be optional opportunities to engage with clients in person when beneficial. What You'll Do

  • Deliver polished, high-impact client trainings and resources that accelerate onboarding, support new product launches, and drive adoption through effective change management

  • Own client support issues end-to-end, diagnosing product and workflow questions, resolving issues directly where possible, and partnering with Product and Engineering on complex technical escalations

  • Act as a voice of the customer internally, synthesizing client feedback and usage patterns into actionable insights for Product and Engineering to prioritize

  • Use AI and automation as part of your day-to-day workflow to synthesize information, improve client-facing outputs, and automate repetitive work

  • Identify opportunities to improve and scale client-facing and team processes, playbooks, documentation, tooling, and automation as PactFi grows

What You Bring

  • 2-5 years of experience managing client accounts and driving complex technology adoption or workflow transformation in consulting, professional services, FinTech, or enterprise SaaS

  • Strong ability to manage client expectations and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar workflows and diagnose ambiguous problems

  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning complex software workflows

  • Autonomous execution with proactive communication and strong judgment to escalate as needed

  • Interest in shaping a growing team with direct exposure to the largest private credit players

Bonus Points

  • Experience in private credit, financial infrastructure, or regulated financial products

  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, data, or enterprise systems

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary + equity.

  • Healthcare coverage.

  • 401k
