Woodland Village is seeking an experienced and compassionate Administrator to lead our Independent and Assisted Living community in Brighton, Michigan. This leadership role is ideal for someone who excels at building strong teams, fostering meaningful relationships with residents and families, and driving operational excellence. What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily community operations and ensure exceptional resident experiences.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff while creating a positive, team-focused culture.

  • Partner with residents and families to address concerns and enhance quality of life.

  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource utilization.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards.
