Floating Residence Manager

Description

Wage: $26.59

SUMMARY:Supervises staff and residents and oversees the operation of assigned sites by performing the following duties.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or GED and minimum 5 years of supervisory experience and a minimum of 3 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities required; Bachelor's degree preferred or 7 years supervisory experience in human services;

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Trainer and mentor for newly hired/promoted Residence Managers/Assistant Residence Managers/Relief Staff

  • Supervises the orientation/training program for any assigned residences and relief staff.

  • Relief staff management and scheduling

  • Utilizes training protocols and oversight to provide ongoing staff training/education/review within the Residential department.

  • Provides agency training as assigned.

  • Schedules in-service training for all relief and assigned staff and assures attendance.
