As a Team Leader at Kuehne+Nagel, you will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. You will oversee workflow, support inventory accuracy, promote safety and productivity, and help ensure operational goals are achieved while leading and developing team members. This is a 2nd Shift position working Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour, paid weekly.

How you create impact

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Warehouse Associates to achieve daily productivity, quality, and safety goals.

  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, processed, and shipped on time.

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper inventory control practices and operational oversight.

  • Promote a safe work environment by enforcing company policies, OSHA regulations, and safe equipment operation.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and team performance.

  • Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment through strong housekeeping and 5S practices.

What we would like you to bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead, Lead, or supervisory role.

  • At least one year of experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

  • Working knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.

  • Basic computer, math, and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
