A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Financial Advisor at BSNB, you will work with existing clients to deepen relationships. You will work with clients and provide expert advice on investment opportunities, insurance policies, retirement planning, and tax strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for business development through internal bank referrals, marketing events, community engagement, networking and identifying prospects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

In this position, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and trust, supporting clients helping them to make informed decisions about their finances. Supported by Osaic Institutions, you will have the tools, resources and support to succeed in a sales environment. Specifically: systems and tracking to maximize client retention; sales and marketing support; software designed for customized client focused solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified individuals should possess the following:

• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals

• Customer service orientation

• College degree or

• 5 years related business experience

• Current life insurance license

• FINRA SEI, Series 6, 7 registration & 63/65
