We’re doing it with energy, curiosity and sheer dedication, always learning from unique perspectives of those around us, expanding our thinking, growing our capabilities and redefining ‘impossible’. There are so many reasons to join us. If you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice.
Director, Lynkuet Forecasting & LCM Insights and Analytics Lead
The Director, Lynkuet Forecasting & LCM Insights and Analytics Lead is the U.S. forecasting lead for Lynkuet, with primary accountability for delivering accurate, insight-driven short- and long-term forecasts that guide brand strategy, financial planning, resource allocation, and performance management. The role will build, maintain, and communicate a robust assumption-based forecasting architecture, translate market and performance signals into decision-ready scenarios, and ensure alignment across U.S. and global stakeholders.
In addition, this role will lead integrated insights, analytics, and forecasting for Lynkuet life-cycle management (LCM) indications. The incumbent will define the learning agenda, synthesize primary and secondary insights, size opportunities, develop patient and market models, and shape evidence-based recommendations for indication strategy and investment decisions.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Director, Lynkuet Forecasting & LCM Insights and Analytics Lead, are to:
-
Own the end-to-end U.S. forecasting process for Lynkuet, including annual budget, strategic business planning, latest estimates, operating forecasts, long-range forecasts, and ad hoc scenarios.
-
Develop and maintain robust epidemiology- and patient-flow-based forecast models, with transparent assumptions, clear version control, and appropriate sensitivity analyses.
-
Lead the development, validation, and alignment of key forecast assumptions, including patient population, diagnosis and treatment rates, market growth, source of business, share, access, persistence, conversion, depth, and competitive dynamics.
-
Partner with Brand Leadership, Finance, Market Access, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Global Forecasting, and other cross-functional partners to ensure forecasts are anchored in the best available data and insights.
-
Create scenarios, risks and opportunities, and gap-to-plan analyses to support strategic choices, resource allocation, launch planning, and performance interventions.
-
Monitor actual performance against forecast; explain variances, identify emerging trends, and recommend assumption or action changes based on new evidence.
-
Prepare and present concise forecast updates, executive summaries, and deep dives to senior U.S. and global leadership, clearly articulating assumptions, data limitations, uncertainties, and business implications.
-
Ensure forecast outputs are timely, accurate, fit for purpose, and aligned across local and global planning processes.
-
Provide quality control and governance for forecast models, data inputs, methodologies, and outputs; ensure documentation and reproducibility of key assumptions.
-
Lead and manage internal and external forecasting resources, including consultants, agencies, and offshore partners, as appropriate.
LCM Insights, Analytics and Forecasting
-
Lead the integrated insights and analytics agenda for Lynkuet LCM indications, connecting business questions to research, analytics, market sizing, and forecast deliverables.
-
Partner with Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Brand, Global teams, and other stakeholders to define indication-specific learning priorities and decision points.
-
Develop opportunity assessments, epidemiology and patient population models, market maps, patient journeys, treatment landscapes, and indication-level business cases.
-
Integrate primary market research, secondary data, competitive intelligence, field insights, and internal expertise into a clear, fact-based view of unmet need, target
-
patients, adoption drivers, and barriers.
-
Build and maintain indication-level forecasts and scenarios that reflect clinical, regulatory, access, market development, and launch assumptions.
-
Generate decision-ready insights and recommendations to inform indication prioritization, evidence generation, positioning, investment, launch sequencing, and go-to-market strategy.
-
Establish KPIs and measurement approaches for LCM strategy and launch readiness, and evolve analyses as evidence and market conditions change.
-
Identify data gaps and collaborate with Data, Analytics, and Research partners on data acquisition, methodology, and stewardship.
Business Partnership and Leadership
-
Serve as a proactive, consultative business partner who anticipates leadership questions and converts complex analyses into clear choices and actions.
-
Challenge assumptions constructively and ensure decisions are grounded in the best available evidence rather than prevailing wisdom.
-
Prioritize and flex as business needs evolve in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining analytical rigor and a strong sense of urgency.
-
Create strong cross-functional alignment and facilitate effective decision making across local and global matrix teams.
-
Ensure vendors and partners comply with applicable legal, regulatory, privacy, and company requirements.
