Responsibilities * Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and outbound leads generated through various channels. * Qualify and nurture sales leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods. * Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. * Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall dealership performance. Requirements * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficient with CRM software, specifically CDK/E-Leads. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. * Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
