Full job description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Healthcare Designer to support a variety of design initiatives across marketing, patient education, clinical operations, and executive communications. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of healthcare audiences and can translate complex information into engaging, easy-to-understand materials.

This is a flexible contractor opportunity ideal for a designer who enjoys working across digital, content, and presentation design projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design patient-facing educational materials, handouts, guides, and digital resources
  • Create graphics and visual assets for marketing and communications initiatives
  • Build, update, and maintain website content and layouts in Webflow
  • Develop executive, board, investor, and company presentations
  • Design infographics, process diagrams, and data visualizations
  • Ensure consistency with brand standards across all materials
  • Collaborate with leadership, clinical teams, operations, and marketing stakeholders
  • Incorporate feedback and manage multiple design projects simultaneously
  • Optimize design assets for web, mobile, and presentation formats

Required Qualifications

  • An experienced designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, presentation, and content design work.
  • Skilled in Webflow and modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional ability to transform complex information into clear, engaging visual content.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Experience in healthcare, patient education, health tech, or other regulated industries necessary.
  • Bonus points for UX/UI, accessibility, animation, and health literacy expertise.
