Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Review medical literature, clinical studies, and treatment guidelines relevant to personal injury, workers’ comp, or medical malpractice case types
- Summarize findings into clear, structured briefs for product and engineering teams
- Help validate medical terminology, diagnosis codes, and treatment pathways used in AI training data
- Collaborate with product managers to ensure medical accuracy in AI-generated outputs
- Flag literature gaps or emerging research relevant to case evaluation
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a pre-med undergraduate degree (junior/senior preferred) or recent grad taking a gap year
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and ability to read/interpret clinical studies
- Excellent written communication and summarization skills
- Detail-oriented with strong research instincts
- Interest in legal tech, legal AI, healthcare data, or other AI-forward industries a plus
