Roon is now building the digital home for physicians - a trusted community platform where doctors connect, collaborate, and advance clinical knowledge together. Our team combines deep expertise in tech and health with support from world-class investors including Firstmark, Forerunner, Sequoia, TMV, and SV Angel. Role Description This fall, we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive intern to support projects across growth and community operations. Your approach brings new, creative perspectives to solving problems. What You’ll Do

Drive community growth and engagement through lifecycle marketing, including user segmentation, campaign execution, and performance analysis.

Coordinate product and program launches across go-to-market, product, and engineering teams, including managing workflows and operational systems to keep things moving

Propose and run growth experiments, reporting learnings back to the team on a weekly basis Who You Are

2-3 years of professional experience, inclusive of prior internships. Our team brings together diverse backgrounds spanning healthcare, technology, and business — you ideally bring depth in at least one of these areas.

Experience building and running lifecycle campaigns tailored to distinct user segments

Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is the norm

A self-starter who takes ownership of projects and leads with initiatives

Fluent in AI-native tools, including Claude Cowork and Claude Code with genuine curiosity and willingness to keep adopting new AI workflows

Familiar with our growth and marketing tech stack or similar tools (Airtable, Customer.io, Figma, Notion, Google Suite)

Preference for MBA, MPH students or those enrolled in a similar graduate degree. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply. What You’ll Gain
