Full job description
You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.
You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.
Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

You’ll ensure subcontractors and vendors meet safety contractual obligations before work commences.
-
You’ll perform pre-task safety assessments to identify hazards such as fall risks, electrical hazards, and heavy equipment operations.

You’ll lead risk assessments for high-risk activities—including scaffolding, trenching, crane operations, and confined spaces—and enforce control measures.
-
You’ll collaborate with engineers and superintendents to implement engineering controls such as guardrails, PPE, and ventilation systems.
-
You’ll investigate all incidents, near-misses, and violations by documenting root causes, witness statements, and corrective actions.
-
You’ll maintain incident logs, perform trend analysis, and report findings to project leadership, insurance providers, and regulatory bodies.
-
You’ll conduct new hire safety orientations and toolbox talks on topics such as fall protection, fire prevention, and equipment safety.
-
You’ll develop and deliver specialized safety training programs including forklift certification, lockout/tagout, and hazardous materials handling.
-
You’ll foster a proactive safety culture by engaging workers, recognizing safe behaviors, and addressing unsafe acts promptly.
