Job Description A Vice President of Tax (VP Tax) manages an organization's tax strategy and compliance. They work to minimize tax liability and maximize profits.

VP Tax Pay Rate: $180 000-190 000 We are seeking a Vice President to lead K-1 federal and state tax reporting for private equity and hedge funds. This role involves overseeing complex tax filings, managing compliance processes, and providing strategic tax advice.   • Manage K-1 tax reporting for private equity and hedge funds.

  • Oversee federal and state tax filings and ensure compliance with all regulations.
