Full job description
Serves as a senior administrative officer and a member of the President’s Executive Committee. Under general supervision of the College President is responsible for providing leadership for academics and instructional support functions of the College and supports a high-quality learning environment that promotes excellence and student success. Promotes the College to area businesses, education partners, and potential partners; sustains an environment of academic excellence and facilitating the growth of existing programs and development of new programs. Provides leadership for a diverse full-time and part-time faculty. A master's degree plus seven (7) years of progressively responsible related work experience is required A doctorate plus seven (7) years of related work experience in college administration in a postsecondary institution is preferred. Effective leadership emphasizing teaching, learning, and achieving student goals with demonstrated commitment to technological innovations.
