Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) - Full-time Day Shift Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to join our team at Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing Center, a premier skilled nursing facility in Barnegat Township, New Jersey. As a CNA on our day shift, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, exceeding their expectations, and enhancing their overall experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and personal care
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, concerns, or needs to the nursing team
Assist with vital signs, medication administration, and other clinical tasks as delegated by licensed nursing staff
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and interactions
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Uphold the highest standards of patient dignity, respect, and privacy

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) in the state of New Jersey
1+ year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Possess a genuine caring attitude, patience, and empathy for residents
