Position Overview OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.
We Offer:
• Compensation: Listed pay of $35 to $55 per session.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts

Help members set and achieve goals

Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t

Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing

Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
Requirements

No degree is needed. We require an active national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.

We require an active Adult CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain one.

We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
