Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support planning and execution efforts across federal construction and specialty electrical infrastructure projects. This individual will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules throughout the project lifecycle while partnering closely with project management, field operations, and executive leadership teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using Primavera P6 and be comfortable working in a fully remote environment.

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6

  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and construction teams to track project progress

  • Analyze schedule performance, identify risks, and recommend recovery plans when needed

  • Prepare schedule updates, reports, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders

  • Support multiple federal construction and electrical infrastructure projects simultaneously

  • Collaborate remotely with project teams across different locations

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Scheduler in the construction industry

  • Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6

  • Experience creating, updating, and managing detailed CPM schedules

  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path analysis, and schedule reporting • Federal construction experience (USACE, NAVFAC, CBP, or other government agencies)

  • Experience supporting specialty electrical contractors or electrical infrastructure projects

  • Border wall, utility, civil, or infrastructure project experience

  • Previous experience working in a design-build environment

  • Located in the Southwest or prior experience supporting projects in the Southwest region
