32.5 hrs/wk
Initial hours of assignment: 7:00am-2:00pm
10 months per year
Responsibilities:

Follows State and Federal Child Nutrition regulations
-
Orders food
-
Supervises and assigns tasks for Food Service Helpers and Cook
-
reconciles daily deposits
-
Daily production records
-
Assists with inventories
-
Attends monthly manager meetings
Requirements:
-
Required HACCP and Sanitation Knowledge
-
Good Organizational and Communications skills
-
Excellent time management skills
-
Dependability
-
Ability to list 30-45 lbs. cases
-
Good math skills
-
Ability to work well with staff, Administration and parents
-
Ability to learn and understand Nutrikids software program
-
Some food preparation experience preferred but not required.
