Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Associate, Logistics to join their team. As an Associate, Logistics, you will be an integral part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics and distribution team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, and general maintenance

Assist with box making, order picking, and packing to ensure timely processing of orders

Support value-added services such as kitting, labeling, and line assembly

Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required
-
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, noisy environment
-
Willingness to follow safety protocols and work as part of a team
