12 Hour - Night Shift Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all production and auxiliary equipment.

Perform routine and scheduled preventative maintenance on all production machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on equipment and building systems to minimize downtime.

Analyze and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems to perform repairs.

Dismantle machines and equipment for inspection, testing, and preventative maintenance.

Follow all safety procedures and ensure equipment conforms to safety regulations.

Communicate daily issues and information to supervisors and other employees as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-
Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing Environment.

Previous Tube Manufacturing experience.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.

Capable of writing simple correspondence.

Effective in presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings.

Mathematical skills including calculating discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Application of basic algebra and geometry concepts.

Problem solving and individual/group facilitation skills.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.

Capability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mountain Top, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
