About the Role

As an Enterprise and Transformation Solutions Consultant, you will lead discovery, solution definition, and planning for complex enterprise initiatives. You will clarify business needs, define current and future states, evaluate options, develop requirements and business-case inputs, and guide work from early concept through implementation and outcome validation.

The role supports modernization, legacy-platform migration and consolidation, cross-program capability evaluation, AI-enabled transformation, new market or product evaluation, and regulatory or contractual tech-enabled compliance. Success requires creative and structured problem solving, strong attention to detail, sound facilitation, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to account for the needs of multiple stakeholders while driving practical, business-oriented decisions.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery through stakeholder interviews, workshops, capability analysis, and review of business, operational, and technical information.

  • Define current-state and future-state capabilities, workflows, system interactions, stakeholder impacts, constraints, risks, and dependencies.

  • Guide stakeholders through ambiguity by identifying decisions, evaluating alternatives, surfacing risks and dependencies, and building alignment on a recommended path forward.

  • Evaluate solutions across process change, existing capabilities, configuration, integration, product enhancement, new development, and third-party technology.

  • Partner with Solution Architects and technical teams to align business needs with scalable approaches that address data, integration, security, privacy, accessibility, and regulatory considerations.

  • Develop business and technical requirements and acceptance criteria, directly or in partnership with a Business Analyst, based on the needs of the initiative.

  • Support business cases and investment decisions through benefit definition, cost modeling, feasibility analysis, option comparison, and clear decision-ready recommendations.

  • Support PMO in prioritization, estimation, sequencing, implementation planning, and handoffs while maintaining solution continuity through delivery and outcome validation.

  • Identify organizational and operational change impacts, promote reuse of existing capabilities where appropriate, and help improve consistency across enterprise initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements

  • US Citizenship due to potential federal client engagements.

  • Ability to pass US Security Clearance if needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent education and experience.

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience leading or supporting discovery, requirements development, solution planning, or delivery for complex enterprise, transformation, or modernization initiatives.

  • Proven experience transforming enterprise data solutions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including evaluating solution options, feasibility, costs, benefits, risks, and tradeoffs.

  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance stakeholder needs, operational constraints, technical considerations, and business outcomes.

  • Ability to analyze end-to-end processes, capabilities, system interactions, stakeholder impacts, and dependencies and translate findings into practical recommendations.

  • Experience developing business and technical requirements, process models, decision materials, and implementation considerations.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills across executive, business, operational, product, architecture, and delivery audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and align teams with differing priorities and constraints.

  • Working knowledge of software delivery lifecycles, quality assurance, Agile or hybrid delivery methods, and implementation planning.

  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams on integrations, APIs, identity and access, data flows, security, privacy, accessibility, and regulatory needs.

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups while maintaining accuracy, traceability, and momentum.

  • Ability to travel 4 to 6 weeks per year, generally 1 week at a time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PSI Dimensions experience

  • Experience in assessment, certification, testing, education technology, regulated SaaS, or another complex technology-enabled industry.

  • Experience in enterprise transformation, management consulting, systems integration, product strategy, business architecture, solution consulting, or a related discipline.

  • Experience with platform modernization, enterprise integration, legacy migration, platform consolidation, or cross-program capability initiatives.

  • Familiarity with enterprise and solution architecture, integration design, data architecture, identity management, and cloud or SaaS platforms.

  • Experience evaluating emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, within enterprise constraints.

  • Experience facilitating executive discussions, constructively challenging assumptions, and contributing to roadmap, investment, or portfolio decisions.
