Our client, a leading organization in the consumer products industry, is seeking a Product Owner- CX Technology Product to join their team. As a Product Owner- CX Technology Product, you will be part of the Customer Experience Support team. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Product Owner - CX Technology Product
Location: Remote
What's the Job?

Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap across the full customer service technology suite, including Salesforce Service Cloud, IVR platforms, Zigtree, Sprout, and Case Management.

Set the long-term technology vision for customer service, evaluating platform consolidation, build-vs-buy decisions, and emerging capabilities such as AI and automation.

Serve as the senior liaison between executive business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business strategy into a prioritized, cross-platform roadmap.

Define and prioritize a unified product backlog, balancing new features, platform enhancements, and operational stability.

Lead discovery and requirements-gathering for new capabilities across the portfolio, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
What's Needed?
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA a plus.

10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading customer service or contact center technology platforms.

Proven experience leading enterprise-scale, multi-platform customer service technology transformations.

Deep understanding of customer service operations, contact center technology, and omnichannel support models.

Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing product teams using agile methodologies.
