Planner/Scheduler

This person will be responsible for planning and scheduling preparation, analysis, updates, progress reporting, as built schedules, recovery schedules, technical support and tracking earned value on projects. Other duties may be assigned.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Experience
  1. Mechanical

  2. Process Piping

  3. Structural

  4. Microsoft Office and Components (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

  5. Estimating

  6. P6 Schedules(Reading and dealing with not making) Duties

  7. Isometric Reviews

  8. BOM Reviews

  9. Job scope breakdown into units for estimating

  10. Job Estimating

  11. Manpower breakdowns for jobs

  12. P6 scheduling with customer for projects

  13. Project controls, cost tracking per projects

  14. Material procurement for projects

  15. Sub-contractor setup in certain areas like NDE, Material bending, heat treat things like that.

  16. Assist PM with Monthly and Bi-Monthly reporting

Qualifications Required for this Position:

Experience – 5+ years of planning and scheduling in an Industrial setting.

Work may be performed in industrial and construction environments with exposure to weather conditions, temperature extremes, noise, dust, fumes, moving equipment, vibration, and other site-specific hazards. Employees must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and meet all customer, site, regulatory, medical, and fitness-for-duty requirements applicable to the position.

Must be able to perform all job duties while maintaining a constant commitment to safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
