Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Software QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance organization with a strong focus on test automation, quality engineering, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing QA teams, driving automation strategy, and leading multiple concurrent projects while remaining hands-on with modern testing tools and frameworks. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product Management, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality software releases.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software testing experience with at least 4–6 years in QA leadership or management.
- Experience managing both onshore and offshore QA teams.
- Proven success leading QA efforts across multiple enterprise software projects.
- Strong experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Experience with microservices, cloud-native applications, and containerized environments.
- Knowledge of security, performance, and accessibility testing.
- Experience implementing AI-assisted testing tools. ISTQB, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certifications are a plus.
