Consultant, Project/Program Management

Innovative projects that deliver cutting edge results do not run themselves. Project and Program Management within Business ensure Operations run seamlessly, from start to finish. Our team manages programs at a third party facility — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We set daily/weekly/quarterly targets, generate budgets, track project/program activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

What you’ll achieve:

As a Consultant, you will set expectations and provide practical guidance and assistance that help leaders execute a deliver world class results. You will analyze performance data, coordinate program execution and influence both Dell team members and the third party operations leadership to ensure success. You will collaborate across teams to deliver timely, coordinated outcomes.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Conduct process assessments, identify and implement improvement opportunities.

  • Support effective program execution with documentation and quality/compliance controls.

  • Attend New Product Engineering reviews to influence design, process decisions and infrastructure build out in support of an efficient Production Process.

  • Operate as a member of a team with distinct but complementary responsibilities who work together to provide all the assistance and guidance required by a significant 3rd party.

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years of related experience

  • Strong leadership, communication and influence skills.

  • Experience working with Suppliers or other third parties.

  • Demonstrated experience introducing new products.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

  • PMP.
