Position: Contract Administration & Capture Analyst, Junior

Location: Huntsville, AL

Overview: ITC Defense is seeking a Contract Administration & Capture Analyst, Junior to primarily support the administration and management of the company’s Multiple Award Contract (MAC), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) portfolio, while also providing support to federal capture and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Contract Administration

  • Provide day-to-day contract administration and programmatic support for ITC’s Multiple Award Contracts (MACs), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), and associated task orders.

  • Administer and maintain ITC’s contract vehicles within applicable Government and customer systems, including managing required system access, contract and task order data, reporting requirements, deliverables, deadlines, and recurring contractual obligations.

  • Maintain accurate contract data, task order information, vehicle performance data, and other required records within applicable contract vehicle systems and databases.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support contract and task order execution, reporting, deliverables, and other contractual obligations.

  • Track contract and task order status, action items, deadlines, and deliverables, and communicate priority issues to appropriate stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, subcontractors, vendors, and Government points of contact, in support of contract requirements.

  • Support compliance with applicable federal and state requirements, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).

Capture & Business Development Support

  • Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and capture data, including capture milestones, gate reviews, bid/no-bid decisions, teaming activities, and other required information.

  • Support the identification, tracking, and evaluation of federal business opportunities using acquisition and market intelligence platforms such as GovWin IQ, SAM.gov, PIEE, GSA OASIS+, POLARIS, ORBIT, and other applicable systems.

  • Conduct market and competitive research related to customer requirements, contract vehicles, incumbent contracts, awards, competitors, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.

  • Support the development of responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), market research requests, and other pre-solicitation activities.

  • Support capture planning, proposal development, and other business development activities throughout the opportunity lifecycle.

  • Assist with the development and execution of business development strategies and action plans aligned with company growth objectives.

  • Support planning for and participate in conferences, trade shows, symposia, and other industry events as a representative of ITC Defense.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in government contract administration or a closely related government contracting environment.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting MACs, IDIQs, GWACs, or similar federal contract vehicles, including task order processes, administrative requirements, reporting, deliverables, deadlines, and recurring contractual obligations.

  • Experience obtaining and maintaining user/system access to federal contracting, acquisition, or business development platforms such as ORBIT, FedConnect, GovWin IQ, SAM.gov, or similar systems.

  • Experience conducting government contracting and opportunity research and supporting a capture pipeline, including identifying and tracking solicitations, task orders, opportunities, milestones, deadlines, status, and required follow-up.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, including managing document libraries and repositories, organizing and maintaining documents and data, and supporting SharePoint-based workflows.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF tools, including formatting, editing, and preparing complex Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PDFs, and other professional documents for internal and external submission.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deliverables, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at varying organizational levels.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision, support senior leadership, and respond effectively to time-sensitive requests and changing priorities while consistently producing accurate, high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Experience supporting federal capture and/or proposal development activities, including RFIs, market research responses, or proposal submissions.

  • Experience with Power BI, DACIS, or similar data analytics, federal market intelligence, or acquisition research tools.

  • Prior Department of Defense or military experience.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
