Description

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, resident communications, rent collections, and file management.

Support the Community Manager in maintaining occupancy goals, property standards, and operational efficiency.
-
Help process applications, move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and resident recertifications.
-
Maintain accurate resident files and documentation in accordance with company policies and affordable housing compliance requirements.

Respond to resident questions and concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.

Assist with rent posting, collections, delinquency follow-up, and reporting.

Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure service requests are handled promptly and resident satisfaction is maintained.

Support inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.

Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents as needed.

Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
Requirements
-
Previous experience in property management, leasing, or community management.

Experience in affordable housing, including familiarity with programs such as LIHTC, HUD, or Section 8, strongly preferred.

Knowledge of leasing procedures, resident relations, and general property operations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Professional communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software preferred.
