Administrative Assistant

Location: Lehi, UT

Status: Part-Time

Hours: Monday - Friday; 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Pay/Salary: $17.00/hour

Summary

The Administrative Assistant supports our Technology team, and plays a vital role in supporting the leadership team at MTECH. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and compliance activities, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication throughout MTECH.

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide support to various members of the Technology leadership team, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating meeting logistics.

  • Support general office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.

  • Assist with committee tasks and organizing department projects.

  • Handle document management duties, including copying, filing, scanning.

  • Support the completion of paperwork and communications required by State and Federal Agencies.

  • Assist with special projects and additional tasks as directed by team leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Two (2) years of specialized training or an associate's degree is preferred.

  • At least one (1) year of administrative support experience.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), and Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle a variety of responsibilities.
