As a Digital (IT) Intern, you will contribute to meaningful work tied to real business needs while learning from experienced professionals. You will build practical skills, expand your network, and gain exposure to career opportunities at Daikin Applied.

What you will do

Own or support a meaningful technology project aligned with an approved Digital or IT team need.

Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and help translate needs into practical technology solutions.

Support projects involving applications, data and analytics, infrastructure, cybersecurity, automation, enterprise systems, or user experience, based on business need.

Assist with testing, documentation, issue resolution, data validation, or process improvement.

Use structured problem-solving to identify opportunities, evaluate options, and communicate recommendations.

Collaborate with technical and business partners and present project outcomes to stakeholders.

What we are looking for

Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.

Coursework or project experience involving programming, databases, analytics, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, networking, enterprise applications, or process automation preferred.

Ability to learn new technologies and explain technical information clearly.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with other technical tools may vary by assignment.

Additional information

This is a general evergreen posting. Applications may be considered for Summer 2027 opportunities as specific positions are approved.

Team assignment, location, work arrangement, responsibilities, and required skills will depend on the approved position and business need.
