  • Track program milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and key decisions while ensuring strategic objectives remain on schedule.
  • Establish and maintain risk logs, mitigation plans, and escalation processes for program challenges and blockers.
  • Partner with analytics, engineering, product, and business teams to support new reporting capabilities and ongoing data releases.
  • Facilitate executive meetings, working sessions, and steering committee discussions while communicating progress and recommendations.
  • Develop long-term strategic plans that ensure future scalability, governance compliance, and stakeholder adoption.

Skills and Requirements

  • 7+ years of Program Management, Strategic Initiatives, Product Operations, or Business Transformation experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise data, analytics, reporting, governance, or business intelligence initiatives.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, policy requirements, and technical requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership experience.
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, milestones, approvals, and governance processes within large organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience within behavioral health, healthcare, health data, or public sector organizations.
  • Experience with healthcare reporting programs, performance measures, dashboards, or public-facing data portals.
  • PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), CBAP, or related program/project management certifications.
