Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Vascular Surgery Advanced Practice Provider you will join our dynamic, award winning Team at St. Joseph Medical Center located in Tacoma, WA. We are recognized for exceptional patient care and outcomes throughout the Puget Sound area. Every day, you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of patients and their families.

To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-C, possessing expertise in your specialty with strong communication skills. You will demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered, evidence based care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.

Job Requirements

Required

  • ARNP’s: Active Washington State Registered Nurse License AND an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License or ability to obtain.

  • PA-C: Certification as a Physician Assistant with prescriptive authority in the State of Washington or ability to obtain.

  • Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority required for the specific practice

  • BLS/ACLS

  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with physicians, and hospital staff, patients and their families

  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism

  • Strong commitment to patient care team concept and privacy guidelines

Pay Range

$148,000.00 - $200,000.00 /year
