Job Description

Our client is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Executive (PX) to support a high-profile, multi-year development. This project has been ongoing for years and this customer has a need to have someone onsite manage this work for years to come since this is a high-profile customer. This project requires a strategic leader capable of managing executive-level stakeholder relationships, driving project teams, and overseeing complex construction operations. This is an opportunity to utilize your background and familiarity working with MEPs and specifically controls.

Skills and Requirements

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience- specifically controls and mechanical systems/MEP

  • Experience as a Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or similar leadership role.

  • Proven ability to manage large teams and subcontractors.

  • Experience with major commercial, institutional, or infrastructure projects well into the 10s of millions in total budget

  • Strong executive presence and client-facing communication skills. HVAC controls
