Description
Creative Automation Senior Consultant
Location: Irving, TX 75062 (Flexible Hybrid Schedule)
Duration: 6-month contract, 40 hours/week
We are seeking a Creative Automation Senior Consultant to help a CRM and Marketing Automation team modernize and scale its content creation processes. This consultant will evaluate current workflows, identify opportunities for AI-powered content assembly, assess potential tools and vendors, and develop a strategic roadmap for more efficient and personalized customer communications.
The ideal candidate brings a unique combination of CRM and marketing automation expertise, AI, creative operations, content governance, and content strategy, with the ability to assess complex processes and translate findings into scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess existing CRM, email, and SMS content workflows and identify opportunities to leverage AI-powered content assembly and automation.

Evaluate Braze and related technologies, recommending vendors, tools, and implementation strategies that support scalable content creation.

Develop frameworks for content operations, taxonomy, metadata, governance, and approval workflows.

Create strategies that enable scalable personalization while maintaining brand consistency and appropriate content controls.

Partner closely with CRM, Marketing Automation, Creative, Content, and business stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and opportunities.

Develop a strategic roadmap and deliverables plan for implementing new content automation processes and technologies.
Requirements
Top 3 Must-Haves:
-
Experience solving CRM and content operations challenges and building scalable marketing workflows.
-
Strong expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms, with Braze experience highly preferred, along with experience evaluating technology vendors and solutions.

A strong blend of AI, creative operations, content governance, copy, and design knowledge, with an understanding of how these disciplines work together within high-volume marketing environments.
Preferred Experience:

Experience developing or implementing AI-powered content creation or assembly strategies.

Strong understanding of content taxonomy, metadata, governance, and approval processes.

Experience supporting high-volume CRM communications across email and SMS.

Background partnering across Marketing Automation, CRM, Creative, Content, and business teams.

Experience evaluating and recommending marketing technology, personalization, or digital asset management solutions.

Brandfolder or similar Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms

Auxia or similar personalization platforms

The right candidate will be comfortable assessing current-state processes, recommending technology and workflow improvements, and building a clear roadmap that cross-functional teams can put into action.
