Full job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their Senior Product Manager in RALEIGH NC This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills Senior Product Manager you in your career. Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for Vendor Incentives and rebate automation.

  • Lead end-to-end automation of contract management, incentive calculations, accruals, settlements, reporting, and financial controls.

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.

  • Drive integrations across enterprise platforms including Ironclad, Oracle ERP, Snowflake, Kafka, pricing systems, vendor master data, and product hierarchy tools.

  • Establish data governance, audit controls, compliance standards, and operational processes.

  • Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Manage implementation partners, vendors, and cross-functional project teams.

  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and process improvements to enhance visibility and efficiency.

  • Ensure solution scalability, accuracy, and alignment with financial and merchandising objectives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8 + years of experience Product Management, Enterprise Systems, Business Transformation, or related roles.

  • High School Diploma / GED or bachelor’s degree.

Pay Details: $72.00 per hour
