Business Applications Analyst Meditech/Finance

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a versatile Business Applications Analyst who can support a broad portfolio of non-clinical enterprise systems. The ideal candidate has experience working with operational departments such as Human Resources, Supply Chain, Facilities, Compliance, Security, Finance, or Enterprise Service Management and understands how technology supports day-to-day business operations. Candidates with experience supporting MEDITECH Financials, supply chain platforms, HR systems, security technologies, asset management tools, or enterprise workflow applications will stand out. They need someone who is highly organized, consultative, comfortable working across many departments, and capable of managing a variety of applications and integrations while driving operational efficiency and user adoption.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of application analyst, business systems analyst, or healthcare IT support experience
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications and operational workflows
• Strong requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and system configuration experience
• Experience troubleshooting integrated applications and cross-functional business systems
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
• Experience supporting testing, upgrades, implementations, and optimization efforts
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience supporting HRIS, supply chain, financial, compliance, facilities, or security platforms
• MEDITECH General Financials and/or Supply Chain experience
• Experience with Enterprise Service Management platforms (ServiceNow, Ivanti, etc.)
• Healthcare operations experience outside of clinical applications
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Experience supporting multiple business systems simultaneously
• Vendor management and third-party integration experience
