City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring an experienced Laboratory Support Coordinator for Transfusion Services to work full time days.

Overview: The Laboratory Support Coordinator collaborates with the Clinical Specialist to provide the support to meet operational goals within the established timelines. Participates in system wide assignments for respective discipline. Develops and implements new programs and instrumentation for discipline

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)

Certification/Licensure

  • ASCP or AMT certification

Experience

  • 3 years of experience (required)

  • Transfusion experience (required)
