The HR Systems Administration Team is responsible for managing a broad portfolio of HR applications, integrations, and reports delivered primarily through Workday HCM.

Major Responsibilities:

Provides support and guidance to other analysts and ensures timely implementation of Workday HCM release items. Maintains knowledge of audit requirements and compliance practices related to system configurations across multiple tenant environments. Identifies process inefficiencies, recommends enhancements, and presents proposals for Workday improvements. Coordinates with other Workday architects and participates in governance, committee, and release meetings. Maintains relationships within the Workday community and user groups to stay current on new functionality and best practices. Proactively learns emerging technologies, standards, and applications to remain current with industry trends. Researches, conceptualizes, and develops prototypes to validate architectural concepts. Optimizes systems for performance, scalability, reliability, extensibility, and total cost of ownership. Develops and fosters a culture of talent development aligned with business objectives and strategy.
