Full job description

Join the AI revolution. We're building an all-in-one AI platform to help teams do their best work and automate every routine task you can think of. As we scale fast across Europe, we're looking for our first senior finance leader - someone to build the financial backbone of a company that's growing 20% every six months.

Main Responsibilities

  • Own financial planning and analysis end-to-end - budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and board-level reporting that drives real business decisions.

  • Lead and grow the accounting team, ensuring a fast, reliable close, audit readiness, and clean books as we scale.

  • Build the finance function from the ground up - processes, systems, and controls that today live in spreadsheets and tomorrow support a company several times our size.

  • Partner with leadership across sales, product, and operations, translating numbers into strategy: unit economics, pricing decisions, headcount planning, and cash runway.

  • Own billing, revenue recognition, and AR discipline for our growing enterprise customer base with multi-year contracts.

  • Manage relationships with external partners - auditors, tax advisors, and group shared services - and lead the transition to a fully self-sufficient finance function.

Core Requirements

  • Deep accounting knowledge, enough to challenge it, not just report it.

  • Proven FP&A capability: you've built budgets, models, and management reporting that executives actually used.

  • Ability to zoom out: you see the business behind the numbers and communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

  • High ownership and hands-on attitude: this is a builder role, not a caretaker role - you'll create structure where there is none.

  • Experience in or strong curiosity about fast-growing tech / SaaS environments.

  • Fluent English; Lithuanian is a plus.

Bonus Points

  • Strong Big 4 background with audit experience.

  • Experience as the first senior finance hire in a scale-up, or building an FP&A function from scratch.

  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics - ARR, NRR, CAC payback, cohort analysis.

  • Exposure to multi-entity, multi-country group structures and transfer pricing.

  • ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary from 6000 EUR/month.

What We Offer

  • Professional growth. Internal and external events, online training, conferences, books - everything you need to reach your full potential.

  • Health benefits. Private health insurance, online & on-site workouts (LT) / online workouts & sports access card (PL), consultations - to feel and be your best.

  • Team spirit. Team buildings and parties with games, shows, tastings, food coupons, gifts - and it's on us.

  • More free time. Stay with us and additional vacation days will be added to your calendar.

  • Additional paid leave. Additional days are covered by us in cases of illness or special occasions.

  • Flexibility. Flexible working time arrangement.
