Motivate, coach, and develop employees to maintain high levels of productivity, engagement, and performance.
-
Ensure that all scheduled tasks and production activities are completed during the shift, proactively identifying and addressing issues that could impact output.

-
Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring that all team members follow established safety procedures and that the work environment remains compliant and secure.
-
Apply lean manufacturing and process improvement principles to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve overall production performance.
-
Manage and coordinate work for 15 or more employees across multiple departments, balancing workloads and resources to meet production schedules.
-
Support and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards, including ISO-related practices, to maintain consistency and compliance.
-
Use appropriate management styles, including coaching, discipline, and performance feedback, to address issues and support employee growth.
-
Monitor production capabilities and equipment performance, escalating issues when necessary to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Essential Skills

At least 4 years of experience as a production supervisor in an industrial manufacturing environment.
-
Proven experience managing 15 or more employees across multiple departments on a shift.
-
Strong supervision and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee multiple teams and operations simultaneously.
-
