Urology Hospitalist

Join Kadlec Clinic as a full-time Urologist in its Urology Hospitalist team in Richland, Washington. This is a great opportunity to perform a broad range of general Urology procedures in an inpatient setting as part of a dedicated, collaborative team. • 95% inpatient care

• Shift based position

• 16 hours per month clinic time for hospital follow-up and post ops

• 7-on/7-off schedule

• Support of IR and CR surgeons available

• Generous OR time available

• 2 Davinci Robots, Aquablation, and lithotripsy available

• 2 years practice experience is required

• H1b visa and 2028 J1 waiver eligible

• PSLF eligible and complimentary student loan consultant

• Generous recruitment incentives including $15,000 relocation, $5,000 annual CME

• Compensation is between $511,699 and $674,990 per year

• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
