Full job description

Our client, Workplace Benefits and Technology is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (NJ) to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst (NJ), you will be part of the Workplace Benefits organization supporting delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (NJ)

Location: Pennington, NJ (3 days onsite; local)

Pay Range: $50-$56/hr

What's the Job?

  • Serve as a critical liaison between Workplace Benefits business stakeholders and technology teams to define, analyze, and deliver technology solutions.

  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables for Agile teams, including user stories and technical design documentation.

  • Support testing and implementation activities across the full delivery lifecycle to drive successful outcomes.

  • Partner with stakeholders to create system flows and other analysis artifacts that improve clarity and execution.

  • Leverage modern tools, including GenAI, to enhance analysis and delivery effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

What's Needed?

  • Experience in Wealth Management or FS Technology.

  • Hands-on experience as a business systems analyst on an Agile team, writing user stories and creating technical design documentation and system flows.

  • Ability to work effectively with business and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive delivery.

  • Experience supporting testing and implementation activities as part of end-to-end solution delivery.

  • Strong documentation and analytical skills to ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and ready for execution.
