Schedule: Full time Shift: Day-Weekend (United States of America) Address: 3000 Medical Park Dr City: Tampa State: Florida Postal Code: 33613 Job Description:

Provides primary care and treatment to patients under the auspices of the supervising physician
-
Assures timely and accurate entries of medical histories, progress notes and treatment recommendations in the patients’ medical records
-
Provides service in accordance with policies and procedures
-
Practices within scope of practice as delineated by education and training including, but not limited to:
-
Conforms to prescriptive privileges
-
Obtains co-signature by the supervising physician on all prescriptions written
-
Does not prescribe narcotics
-
Refers patients for laboratory, x-ray and specialty care for needed services that cannot be provided at the practice
-
Assures that adequate patient health records are maintained and transferred, as required, when patient care is transferred
-
Participates with supervising physician in a periodic review of the patients’ health records.

Assures all patient management documentation, including pharmaceutical modalities, is outlined in the patient’s medical record and signed by the supervising physician.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Skilled in the use of specialized equipment used in respective area of practice [Required]
- Good organizational skills in planning/ implementing daily activities [Required]
- Leadership/mentorship/clinical resource skills [Required]
- Ability to multi-task on a variety of tasks and projects [Required]
- Excellent organization skills [Required]
- Skilled in providing age-appropriate education regarding care management interventions and illness adjustment issues [Required]
Education:
- Master's of Nursing [Required]
Field of Study:
- N/A
Work Experience:
- 1+ year of related work experience [Required]

Pay Range:
$92,227.20 - $171,537.60 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
