| Competitive Pay: $29.00 - $39.00 per hour (Starting floor adjusted for experience and CDL status). Per Diem: Project-specific Per Diem provided for travel. Qualifications

• Proven track record in underground utility, directional drilling, or conduit installation projects.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, RFIs, and submittals using Bluebeam and MS Office.

• Willingness to commit to 100% heavy travel along project corridors (Panguitch/US-89 region).

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to lead crews, handle inspector walkthroughs, and collaborate with project owners.
